Fansipan mountain is located just outside of Sapa and it is one of the most beautiful attractions in Sapa. Fansipan is the highest peak of Indochina with the elevation of 3143m and it's also called "the Roof of Indochina".

Fansipan a very steep mountain that gets a lot of moisture. Those looking to climb it should be in good health and ready to to have muddy wet feet. Fansipan Mountain is an adventure spot for many. It can be mounted at a steep and quite exhausting hike.

Fansipan mountain is approved as one of the few Eco friendly tourist spots of Vietnam featuring 327 fauna species and 2,024 floral varieties. Apart from this, the scenery is spectacular, so remember to bring your camera.


Time to visit Fansipan

The prime time to climb the Fansipan mountain is between October and April. During the summer it is very rainy but is still climbable if the weather holds. The best time to to climb the mountain is between March and May, which is dry and warm season in Vietnam.
